Three Sisters Care is a Leading Social Enterprise that was set up by three sisters, Rahena, Jaida and Jobeda in 2011.

Our focus is all about supporting the most vulnerable people in society. Our fundamental aim is about giving the people we serve the best quality of life we can. We ensure their dignity is maintained, that they always have choice and control, whilst enabling them to live as independent a life as possible within the comfort and security of their own homes.
Local community care
We are not a national provider; we pride ourselves on being a local community care organization that fundamentally believes in the importance of embracing the communities we serve. We therefore always strive to offer employment opportunities to local people, provide them with the training and development they need to be empowered to give back to their own communities.

Founding Member
Rahena Begum is a founding member of Three Sisters Care Ltd. With 30 years of experience in healthcare management, she identified a shortage of carers in the local community, especially among middle-aged women of Bangladeshi descent due to cultural and language barriers. She founded Three Sisters Care Ltd. to address this issue
